Abortions is and could be on the highest death rates in America. On a yearly basis there are approximately 42million abortions. On a daily basis it is approximately 115,000 abortions. These are very high numbers. So with the new law been made i feel like that it will be good but it could have its problems also. Truly it is sad by all the abortions that are happening but it is hard to tell a person that they can not have one. I mean it is there body and there life and basically there personal right. Some women may just feel that they can not have a baby and it is there personal business why not. It is there personal right and freedom. But you also have to see why you should not have a problem with the law. What ever it takes to slow down the abortions is worth it because right now the abortion rate is to high. The facts are on the table to clearly see. Take these facts for example 4 out of 10 unintended pregnancies end in abortion, and 24% of pregnancies end in abortion. These are just a couple of the facts about abortion. The United States alone has the highest abortion rate in the world. Most abortions sadly is coming from women under the age of 25. This is were the problem is, these young women who know for a fact they are not ready for a child end up pregnant and are left with no alternative but to go to the doctor and have an abortion. That's when you really look at the situation and see is this really the absolute right thing to do by passing a law that possibly can prohibit a woman from having an abortion. Take for example an 17 year old girl who gets pregnant, this girl has here whole life a head of her, now you are forcing here to keep her baby which means this girl will probably become a single mother who will struggle for the rest of her life because she had a baby before she was ready. True enough she knows she messed up and it is wrong but can you really tell her no you cant have an abortion. These are the hard facts that need to be face people are going to have sex regardless and unexpected pregnancies are going to happen. The law can be looked at as unfair or it could be looked at as a good thing. The new law has it pros and cons to it and very good logic behind both sides to it. Yes the law can be looked at as unfair and takes a person personal right away from them and it can be looked as a method the stop an act that its killing millions of baby's on a daily basis. Take the cases that have happen before like the Planned Parenthood v. Casey where the state regulations on abortion were challenged and lowered the restrictions on it. Or the Roe v. Wade case where the woman's right to abortion is upheld and limited state and federal restrictions on the law against abortion. As you can see it is very hard to pass a law where you limiting a woman to her rights and free power to have an abortion. The true hard facts is yes abortion's are wrong an need to be slowed down some how and some way. Because the rates are so alarming and high. This is an issue that will be hard to stop because in the end it is a person's right to have an abortion. And it is going to be very hard to find away to do pass a law on this issue in an constitutional way that does not violate a woman's rights in the process of it.
